Shipping Policy

 

1. Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched from our warehouse.
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2. Shipping Charges

• For orders below ₹600, a flat shipping fee of ₹80 will be charged.

• For orders ₹600 and above, shipping is absolutely FREE.

3. Delivery Locations
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate to avoid any delays.

Returns & Exchange Policy

 

We strive to provide you with quality products that support your health and wellness. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, please review the following return guidelines:

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

• Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products (herbal and health-related), we do not accept returns for opened or used items, or items returned without original packaging.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at [your email address] with your order number, a brief explanation, and supporting images if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• In case of prepaid orders, only the product cost will be refunded. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
